    High Vibrational Yoga practice works by helping the body to release energy blocks and cultivate abundant life force energy, which promotes greater vitality, happiness and fulfilment for one’s self and all of life. 

    Rooted in Chinese medicine philosophy and martials arts, this ancient healing art has gentle, yet potent, modality that can be called “being within” or “coming home,” because it calls for us to slow down from our highly stimulating, stress-filled lives. 

    This practice helps us collect our scattered thoughts and to be gentle with our tired bodies –– to focus on this “home” and the energy in and around. It incorporates vibrational movements, meridian exercises, healing sounds, meditations, breath work and visualizations exercises to call our attention to and cultivate abundant energy. 

    Source energy is available to all unconditionally –– like the sun nourishing all of life on the planet –– and it is the energy available for the regeneration of every cell in our bodies, this is the energy we access as we fulfill our deepest desires. 

    Following the practice optimizes the health of the brain, spine, nervous system and our organs. 

     We focus on healing the whole body by activating and balancing our chakra system through bringing awareness to the location, sensations and the influence that our emotions have on our chakras.
